SOMA

SOMA is an intimate portrait of Soma Snakeoil, an activist, sex worker, and BDSM practitioner. Through her life and work, the film explores intimacy, trust, vulnerability, risk, and the complicated relationship between control and surrender. BDSM is an important part of Soma’s world, but the film ultimately reaches toward larger questions of autonomy, fear, pain, and resilience.
